The Energy of Astrology
Share
Energy in the atmosphere is an invisible but ever-present force. We can compare it to the movement we see in water. When a water beetle glides across the water, it leaves a little wake behind it as it goes. From the smallest particle to the largest planet - everything that moves creates a ripple. As the planets move through the cosmos, they create movement that eventually makes its way through our atmosphere and then, to us.
Waves that hit the shore may suddenly vary in intensity. Something far off changed the momentum, perhaps a passing boat - and while we may not have seen it, we felt the impact of its passing at our feet. Astrology shows us how the planets are interacting in the cosmos – with each other and with us, helping us anticipate changes in momentum.
Without this understanding, we may position ourselves in the wrong direction. Being broadside to a wave in a boat may increase the risk of capsizing. When a boat faces into the waves, energy is expended trying to move forward or even maintain position. However, a boat positioned to move with the waves can access momentum for free. Astrology can be used to increase the probability of getting the outcome of we want. When we align our actions with the timing of planetary transits, we can use the energy they create to our advantage.
By paying attention to how the planets overlay and interact with our natal chart – our energetic fingerprint, we can become strategic.
