At Bio-Es Inc., we are committed to delivering your custom essence blends efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all shipping standards. Please review the following shipping policy which outlines our procedures for national (Canada) orders.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders for custom flower essence blends are handcrafted and prepared individually.

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Within Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped from Saskatchewan, Canada.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Canada Post or Courier): 3–9 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking: Tracking numbers will be provided where available.
3. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Bio-Es Inc. is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

In the event of a returned package due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or initiate a claim if necessary.
