Energetic Essences
What are energetic essences?
Energetic essences are homeopathic-like preparations containing no measurable plant material. They carry the energetic imprint associated with a plant or substance and are used as complementary support for the nervous system and emotional well-being.
Are energetic essences safe?
Essences are an energetic modality and are not intended to interact with the body on a physiological level. They are considered compatible with other modalities and suitable for all ages; however, we do not recommend using them during pregnancy.
Can I use flower essences if I have plant allergies?
Yes, flower essences are energetic preparations and do not contain the physical plant material responsible for allergic reactions, such as pollen or plant proteins.
How do I take my blend?
Take your blend by drops on the tongue as directed on your label. For convenience, you can add your daily dose to a water bottle and sip throughout the day. Begin use immediately and continue until the bottle is empty.
How long will my personalized blend last?
Each blend should last ~3 weeks.
How many blends will I need?
We recommend anticipating four personalized blends.
If I take a break between blends, will I still get the full benefit?
Yes, taking a break between blends is perfectly fine. However, for optimal results, we recommend following the protocol of four consecutive blends.
What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, simply resume with your regular dosing schedule.
Do energetic essences have a taste?
Aside from the brandy used as a preservative, there is very little smell or taste to essences - making them very palatable and easy to take.
Do you have a non-alcoholic option?
At this time, we do not offer blends without alcohol. Please consider Be Enough if alcohol is a concern.

Quantum therapy is an energetic practice in which the practitioner works with the client through a process intended to support coherence and balance.
How does remote therapy happen?
Remote therapy uses a structured energetic process to provide personalized support without physical contact. Sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to receive support wherever you are.
How do I prepare for my remote therapy session?
We recommend finding a comfortable, quiet place to sit for the duration of your session. Additional details will be provided in your appointment confirmation email.
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The minimum number of sessions recommended reflects a starting point, not a limit. The number of sessions needed will depend on your personal circumstances and overall health.

*The recommended number of sessions is based on the number of significant periods of stress identified throughout your life. For example, if two significant periods of stress are identified, two sessions will be recommended.
What should I expect after my therapy session?
Provided the recommended minimum number of sessions have been completed, shifts may begin toward the end of the fifth week following your last session and will continue according to your body's natural renewal cycle.
Do I need to do weekly therapy sessions?
For most people, weekly sessions offer the greatest continuity and momentum. However, monthly sessions are also available and can be tailored to your needs.

Where do you ship?
We shop across Canada and to the United States. Essence blends are not available for international delivery. For customers outside Canada, Be Enough, a remote energy session, offers an alternative way to work with energetic essences.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 within Canada and $20 to the United States. Canadian orders over $125 qualify for free shipping.
