Why energetic essences?
Energetic essences support a healthy nervous system by encouraging the body to return to centre.
Who are they for?
Whether you are looking for general stress reduction or want to explore healing at a deeper level, energetic essences can be of benefit to you.
What is in my blend?
Each personalized energetic essence blend is unique, formulated in a base of water and brandy (20% by volume).
How do I take my blend?
Energetic essences are best taken by drops on the tongue for fastest absorption. For optimal effectiveness, begin use immediately and take as directed until the bottle is empty. Each custom blend has different dose recommendations - see your label for details.
How long will my personalized blend last?
Each blend should last 3-4 weeks.
How long should I take energetic essences?
We recommend at least four personalized blends.
If I take a break between blends, will I still get the full benefit?
Yes! Taking a break between blends is completely fine.
What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, simply resume with your regular dosing schedule.
Do energetic essences have a taste?
Aside from the brandy used as a preservative, there is very little smell or taste to essences - making them very palatable and easy to take.
Do you have a non-alcoholic option?
At this time, we do not offer blends without alcohol.
Are there any safety considerations with energetic essences?
Essences are an energetic modality. They contain no discernible physical plant or mineral constituents and do not interact with the body on a physiological level. There are no drug contraindications making them safe to take alongside any existing supplements or medication. While essences are very safe and are suitable for all ages, we do not recommend taking them during pregnancy.
What is quantum therapy?
Quantum therapy blends the concepts of quantum physics and full body energy healing. Quantum therapy reflects the mind-body connection and recognizes that the particles that makes up the body can reorganize themselves based on what the mind communicates.
How does remote therapy work?
When time and distance matter, remote energy sessions offer a practical and accessible way to receive personalized support wherever you are.
Remote energy therapy is designed to support connection beyond physical distance. Like ripples that meet and interact across the surface of water, energy is viewed as extending beyond location.
How do I prepare for my remote therapy session?
Additional details will be provided in your appointment confirmation email following checkout.
How frequently should I book my therapy session?
Weekly sessions are the best way to build up energy, with the exception of our Recovery Field session (see below).
How many weekly therapy sessions will I need?
The minimum number of sessions varies by therapy, as indicated below:
*Each session is designed to support the processing of one year associated with emotional stress patterns. The recommended number of sessions is determined by the number of identified stress points— for example, if 2 significant periods of stress are identified, 2 sessions will be recommended.
What should I expect after my therapy session?
Shifts may begin towards the end of 5 weeks from your last session - provided the minimum number of weekly sessions has been adhered to. Additional sessions are recommended if multiple concerns need to be addressed. A general guideline is one series per health issue.

Do you have a local pickup location?
Yes! We have teamed up with Farmer John’s Local Market located at 380 Great Plains Rd in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan. Please select this option at checkout for free pickup. An email will be sent notifying you when your order is ready.
Do you ship?
We ship across Canada; at this time, essence blends are not available for international delivery. For those outside Canada, our remote energy session, Be Enough, is offered as an alternative to those wishing to work with energetic essences.
