Energy Session: Health Conditions (Remote)

This session is suited for those dealing with health conditions, particularly when physical symptoms have also contributed to emotional stress. If you’re uncertain whether emotional or physical stress is contributing to your condition, consider alternating with Be Enough.

Overview

Health arises when the body is in coherence with its environment. Physical and emotional stress can disrupt this alignment, scattering energy and limiting the body's natural ability to heal. When energy becomes focused again, the body can recalibrate and restore balance.

A remote energy session is a non-physical practice that focuses on supporting the body's natural balance and recovery processes without requiring in-person contact. Additional details will be provided in your appointment confirmation email following checkout.

The energetic portion of the session lasts approximately 15 minutes. During this time, clients may experience various sensations, which are often interpreted as signs of energetic movement and release.
